Dingers Roofing & Construction is looking for a Fence Installer to join our team. The role is responsible for installing and maintaining fences for residential and commercial customers. Duties include measuring and laying out fence lines, digging post holes, setting posts, installing rails, and attaching pickets or panels. The Fence Installer must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to follow safety procedures. The ideal candidate must have excellent physical strength and ability to tolerate varying degrees in temperature and weather. While this is not a supervisor role, experience managing crews is beneficial.

Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience installing fences
- Experience with a variety of fencing materials including wood, chain link, ornamental, wrought iron, and vinyl
- Basic carpentry skills
- Basic welding skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
